“Let me know if you need anything.”

It’s said with complete sincerity. And almost nothing ever comes of it.

When someone is ill, dying, or grieving, the people around them desperately want to help and have no idea how. Flowers arrive. Casseroles get dropped off. The offer hangs in the air, and the gap between wanting to help and actually helping stays open.

Fare-Well Care will help to close that gap.

Fare-Well Care

A curated way for friends, colleagues, and community to give practical, meaningful support to or on behalf of someone who’s ill, dying, or grieving. Not another bouquet. Real help: a few hours of housecleaning or dog walking, a grief comfort gift basket, a meal dropped off, a legacy project begun.

The individual or family will register and choose what would be most supportive. The giver selects something genuinely useful, adds a personal note, and I coordinate the rest with the recipient. The supporter has done something that matters. The person receiving it gets something will actually help.

Available now, by inquiry

The full platform is in development. A few offerings within my own practice can be gifted now:

  • Ceremony and ritual design

  • Companioning

  • Curated comfort gift baskets

If you’d like to give one of these to someone you care about, reach out and I’ll help you arrange it.
